Jorge continues to go above and beyond to keep his customers happy. Whether that means answering any questions they have or resolving issues with a positive attitude. He understands the importance of every client’s concern.

He now knows that he was preparing himself to become an HVAC technician all along. Constantly running on time and even early in some cases for many appointments, he continues to impress our customers in the valley.

It makes him happiest being able to work alongside all the great people that strive for the same goals as he does, and believes in never leaving a customer’s house unless they are fully satisfied with the service he provided.

With the job training I received from Mr. Wellington and fellow Technicians, I have become very familiar with the products we sell and install, and I am looking forward to growing with The Cooling Company Family.
